We had an absolute ball being based at Ann’s apartment. The location being so close to Woolies Southpoint, the train, Southbank parklands and numerous restaurants is ideal. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well appointed with all the extras supplied for your laundry and bathroom needs. Smart TV, good wifi and excellent amenities round off a great package (we loved the steam room so much!). Ann is a responsive and helpful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment in an excellent location. Ann’s place has been thought out incredibly well and everything you need is included. From lovely sheets to fluffy towels, great TV/entertainment options, lots of seating, a huge outdoor area, dedicated office space, well equipped kitchen (even a chilled bottle of wine & local chocolates in the fridge for us) – these thoughtful touches everywhere really made this an excellent stay for us. I travelled with my 4 month old daughter and Ann was also more than accommodating with baby items for us. The location is probably the best in Canberra, with great shops and food/drink options literally underneath you. Ann was also a warm and welcoming host – we felt very looked after. Highly reccomend 🙂

The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The proximity to Southbank is great. A very nice complex to stay in.

Place was fantastic, very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with large living areas and balcony, lots of nice little touches left by the owner which made it a terrific stay. Great facilities in the complex and an ideal location with plenty of food options within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property.

Lovely house with enough space for all 14 of us. Ann was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet house in Noosaville.

This top floor apartment is sun bathed and is sparkling clean with all the kitchen, bathroom, laundry amenities you need for a couple of friends or partners. Really comfortable inside with air-con for chilly Canberra nights. The location is central with a large shopping centre over the road and great bars and cafes within a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay in Canberra and this very comfortable place to stay.

Ann’s place was beautiful! The apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. Beautifully decorated, towels and pillows were so soft!! Close to the civic centre only a quick 5 min walk. Lovely touches in the apartment on arrival – chocolates were delicious. The space was super clean.

Beautiful, comfortable home with everything you could possibly need and more. Great position on the tramline and near multiple shopping centres, quiet and with a stunning view. Ann was very responsive with any questions and requests. Highly recommended.

Could not get a better place for our stay in Canberra. Sparkling clean and extra special little touches. Ann was there to meet us and let us in and was very fast to respond to our questions. Great location and easy to get into the CBD. The apartment is beautifully presented with comfortable beds and quality linen and towels. We love this place so much we’ve now stayed here 3 times.

You will love this apartment with all its finer touches and space, we have stayed here on a couple of occasions and it always feels like you are on holiday. Great amenities and close to everything you need with secure parking, great place!

My family and I recently stayed for three nights in Ann’s apartment as we were visiting Canberra for the Royal Show. So lovely to come home to this apartment after a busy day of competition. Beautifully presented apartment with spectacular views. Spotlessly clean too. We thoroughly enjoyed the special luxurious touches left for us by Ann and enjoyed the complimentary wine on the generous deck after cooking dinner in the gourmet kitchen. My two children were so relieved in having their own luxurious bedrooms and loved the gorgeous indoor pool too. Well done Ann, we will be back. Great communication too. Regards, Georgie and family.

Ann’s place is magic. It is so well presented, and a bit of luxury. There is plenty of space in this 3-bed apartment and very well equipped. Beautiful linen and towels and sparkling clean. And the cool artwork makes it a beautiful space. The location is great with just a short walk to the local supermarket and the light rail. There are also a couple of undercover parking bays. Ann was there to greet us and show us around and give us a few tips about Canberra. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have re-booked already.
